The Microbiological Quality of Water from Vending Machines and Mains Water Coolers

The AVA position on the microbiological quality of dispensed water was developed by a committee including representatives from the Department of Health, the Food Standards Agency and Cardiff Metropolitan University.  Please see the link opposite, it is also included as Appendix III of the Industry Guide to Good Hygiene Practice.  The full Guide, available from TSO is an official guide recognised by the Food Standards Agency.
